The LCFM is excited for our first market, Thursday June 8th and to introduce a host of new farmers, prepared food chefs and artisans to the market. Yet before we do that, we want to thank those farmers returning to sell with us. They are not only our farmers, but they are our neighbors, our friends, our co-workers and our cooking buddies.
We look forward to seeing them each week, letting them know how our cherry pie turned out with their fresh cherries and fresh ground flour, the arugula that was bursting with fresh spice in our daily salads, and the carrots that had to be sweeter than last years. Thank you farmers for all the work you do!
